Bad End Part 6 - Never let the pain stop

Things only continue to get worse. Vash continues to spiral and loose himself the more the mind breaking continues. The mages continue to use Cyril like he's nothing but a toy to use and throw away. Yet, any chance they have to have together the love Vash and Cyril share together stays strong. For now that remains unbroken. With every day only getting worse that will continue to be challenged.

Cyril tries to look Vash in the eye. He may be disappointed by the way Vash's eyes drift to the side towards Cyril's shoulder. He tries to do it slowly and not draw attention to it, but as he's looking for it, it will be easy for Cyril to spot.

"I think they're going to sleep really well for their naps." Vash says as he helps to get the boys settled. "They were so happy to see you. They love you so much." He's unbelievably grateful they didn't forget Cyril during their time apart.

Cyril strokes each of the boy's hair before sitting back. He nods. "I love them too," he says softly. "I'm glad Knives does too."

[goldenglasses]

"Give my brother some time. I'm sure he'll see what I and the boys see in you eventually."

[samahl]

"Hm... I hope that he'll at least learn to cope with his jealousy."

[goldenglasses]

For a moment, Vash is quiet. Hesitating for nearly a full minute.

"I'm not sure if he's at interested in me as you thought he was." Maybe Cyril won't ask him why he thinks that way.

[samahl]

Cyril's jaw tightens. "I hope you're right."

[goldenglasses]

"I'm right on this. Trust me. You don't need to worry about me and him while we're here. He could have taken advantage of me and he hasn't. Not once. He's my brother. For over a century we thought we'd be the only two like us. He's protective, but he's not in love with me the way you think he is."

[samahl]

Cyril doesn't comment on that last part. Instead, he focuses on their current relationship. "So, you two have been getting along since he rescued you?"

He nods. "Yeah, he's been good. Great in fact." A small smile graces Vash's face for a fleeting moment. "He feels like the bother I use to be able to depend on again."

[samahl]

Cyril prods a little, trying to suss out if Vash is lying to him.

[goldenglasses]

He is not. It seems Vash truly thinks his brother is only here to help. The fact that he kissed him and Knives pushed him away has left him feeling better about his twin.

[samahl]

Cyril slowly nods. Then, after a moment, he moves closer and puts a hand on Vash's arm. "Well, I'm glad things are going well between the two of you." He moves a little closer. "And that we have a little bit of time alone."

[goldenglasses]

"Oh?" Vash's heart skips a beat. His arm snaking around Cyril's waist. "Did you have time to hang out a bit longer."

[samahl]

"Hmm... Only if you'll have me," Cyril replies softly. He leans in and kisses Vash lightly.

Before answering, Vash savours that kiss. Humming happily into it. "Always and forever." He whispers softly before pulling Cyril closer to him and kissing him once more.

[samahl]

Cyril leans into the kiss, happy to deepen it slowly and carefully. He doesn't want to push Vash too hard too fast, even though his body longs for more.

As they kiss, Cyril might notice that Vash hasn't bothered to take the piercing off his tongue. The jewellery forced on him by the mages is still there.

Cyril doesn't comment on it because he's kept all of the modifications the mages did to him too. He hums gently against the kiss and then slowly starts to move so that he can get onto Vash's lap.

Once seated, Cyril will be able to feel how rapidly Vash's heart is beating. "I-- hm, I better bite on a sock or something. You know I tend to get loud."

[samahl]

Cyril loosely wraps an arm around Vash's shoulders. He chuckles softly. "Hmm. What do you mean? Are you planning to do something that would make you loud?" he teases, but the way that he shifts his body and gently kisses Vash again shows that he's thinking the same.

His Adam's apple begins to bounce wildly as Vash struggles to swallow. "I just might." He whispers while his fingers begin to feel and work their way into Cyril's clothes. Cursing and wondering if this show Cyril felt when he use to wear so many layers instead of the simple linen he tends to wear these days.

[samahl]

Cyril chuckles gently and then shifts again so that he can help Vash get his clothes off. "What would you like to do then?" he asks gently as his more of his body is revealed.

[goldenglasses]

"I... I..." For a moment, Vash is stunned into silence. Unable to think past how beautiful he still finds Cyril to be even after all this time and all that has been done to them.

"Huh? Sorry, what was the question?"

Cyril's body looks healthier than it had been before. The mages had kept him pretty but also extremely thin and soft. Since he's been free, he's been working up his muscles and filling out a bit more. His arms especially have benefited, muscle growing as he starts using his bow again.

Cyril chuckles again and kisses Vash. "What did you have in mind?" he asks after. "What do you want to do...?"

"I want to make you quiver with joy and passion." Vash says before leaning his head in so he can plant a kiss between Cyril's breast. Nuzzling his head between them for a moment. For a brief moment he feels so safe, warm, and loved before guilt begins to claw those good feelings away.

A killer like him doesn't deserve to be holding such a beautiful man so closely.

"I want to make you happy. To feel loved."
