Bad End Part 6 - Never let the pain stop

Things only continue to get worse. Vash continues to spiral and loose himself the more the mind breaking continues. The mages continue to use Cyril like he's nothing but a toy to use and throw away. Yet, any chance they have to have together the love Vash and Cyril share together stays strong. For now that remains unbroken. With every day only getting worse that will continue to be challenged.

Cyril tries to look Vash in the eye. He may be disappointed by the way Vash's eyes drift to the side towards Cyril's shoulder. He tries to do it slowly and not draw attention to it, but as he's looking for it, it will be easy for Cyril to spot.

Knives does move forward then, scooping up Soren gently. He walks with the boy back to their cabin. He plans to get right to making dinner so Vash can handle cleaning the boys up and getting them ready.

Vash works on getting the boys cleaned up from their walk and changed. They get a bit of a second wind as Knives gets dinner ready. Depending on how closely Knives is watching his brother, he might notice the way Vash can't seem to get comfortable. Constantly standing and sitting down again. Shifting and rocking in an effort to find some sort of relief from the growing desire in him.

It means he has even less of an appetite then normal when dinner is ready.

"Are you feeling all right?" Knives asks without looking up from his work. "You're fidgeting."

[goldenglasses]

"Yeah. I'm just... uncomfortable."

[samahl]

"Uncomfortable?" Knives asks. Now he does look up at Vash. "The temperature?"

[goldenglasses]

Now Vash feels warm for two different reasons. He's not sure which is worse at the moment; the embarrassment or the ever increasing arousal. "It's... fine."

[samahl]

Knives sighs and shakes his head. "If you need to take a bath or something, I can get the boys fed and down for bed."

Vash swallows deeply. "You sure? A bath might not be a bad idea." It will take him a bit of time to fill with water, but the idea of cold water in the night air doesn't sound so bad right now.

[samahl]

Knives nods. "I'm sure." He waves Vash off then, telling him to go.

Vash spends some time hauling the water and filling the tub outside the cabin before stripping naked and stepping into the cold water. Easing into it with a soft groan. It helps, but not for very long. "Damn it." He splashes some water over his face. "What am I going to do? What's wrong with me?"

While Vash sits in the tub wondering aloud, Knives stays in the cabin with the boys. He connects with them to communicate, wanting them to fully understand they are different than others and only a select few understand what they are by using the abilities only those few possess.

Cyril, on the other hand, remains in the estate where he stays. He spent his night with Cassandra and Marikoth but now he needs some fresh air. He ends up on a balcony overlooking the night sky and trying really hard not to think about Vash.

Giving in, Vash spends some time trying to get himself off again while in the tub. His fingers just can't seem to get in deep enough to be satisfying. Or maybe it's because he's incomplete. Or maybe this is the hell he deserves.

Vash is just as miserable by the time he gets out. Only now he's wet and wrinkly. He comes back inside dressed in a towel. "Did you three have fun?" He asks as he comes inside, but his smile is incredibly strained as he tries to pretend everything is fine.

Knives's jaw tightens when he sees his brother. He nods. "I'm sure," he says. He lets Vash focus on trying to get clothes on while he gets the boys settled. At least tonight they settle quickly, probably still worn out from their nap.

Vash finds his simple bed clothes so constricting, but he works to get them on. Giving each boy a kiss goodnight as he checks they're settled into bed.

Then he tries to lay down to sleep, but he can't. There is no position that feels comfortable. Tossing and turning constantly.

Knives starts to get annoyed. "What is wrong with you?" he asks.

He can hear Knives's annoyance clearly and the last thing he wants is for that to boil over if Cyril does come here tomorrow. "I-- I'm uncomfortable."

[samahl]

"You said that before. How? What do you need to get comfortable?"

[goldenglasses]

"I--" He swallows. "The change they did to us. It makes me..." Horny. Aroused. Needy. All words he tries to say, but can't seem to make his mouth form the words. "...feel... hot."

Knives is quiet for a moment. "Then go cool down," he says after a moment. "Take another walk if you need to."

"I've tried. It-- it's not working." He turns to face away from his brother. "I don't know what I'm doing wrong. I didn't use to be like this when I was... with them." He can guess the reason is that there was constant sex happening while he was a prisoner. Keeping his managed body satisfied enough that he hadn't noticed.

Knives grunts. "What do you need then? What will make you stop fidgeting?"

Vash feels something go cold in the pit of his stomach. "Sex. That's probably the only way to fix me these days."

[samahl]

Knives is quiet for a moment. "Then go take a walk and get Lavellan," he says.

[goldenglasses]

For a long moment, Vash is quiet. "No. I don't want to bother him with this anymore. I can't keep calling him out in the dead of night for my problems."

Knives rolls his eyes. "Fine. Then I'll go get him." he moves to get up.
